Meet local Dayton artist, Bill MIgan, Just Havin’ Fun Pen Scratches, at an Art Show Opening & Meet the Artist, Saturday April 1, 2023, 11:30am – 12:30pm at the Dayton Valley Library, 321 Old Dayton Valley Road.

Bill’s art will be displayed at the library from April 1 – May 27, 2023 during normal hours of the library.
