Come out to Fernley and celebrate the way it was meant to be!  The day starts off with a pancake breakfast at 8am which rolls right into the parade down Main Street at 10am.  The parade is kicked off by the Show n Shine cars and is then lead down Main Street by Nevada Veterans Coalition with the presenting of the National Colors.

Once the parade ends, usually between 11:00am and 11:30am, head on over to the Out of Town Park for a day of fun and entertainment!  We have vendors, refreshments, a Show n Shine, Kids Games (some are free, some have a cost), DJ all day and into the night, a raffle, Parade Trophies, Watermelon Eating Contest, Greased Pigs Contest, and lots, lots more!

Once dusk rolls around you will want to bring your blanket to lay out in the baseball fields and watch the spectacular Fireworks Show!  The Fireworks start at approx. 9:30pm, with the DJ playing music for all to hear and enjoy.  The day doesn’t end once the Fireworks are over, come back to the main stage and enjoy the music and libations right up until midnight!
